Terms of Service

By accessing or using VeloxScript (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms, and references to "you" include that organization.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

VeloxScript provides a hosted platform for creating, managing, and deploying JavaScript and CSS code to GoHighLevel, Inc. sub-account locations. We are not affiliated with GoHighLevel, Inc.; VeloxScript is an independent tool built to work with their platform.

The Service consists of: (a) a web dashboard at veloxscript.com where you manage scripts, locations, assignments, and settings; and (b) a public loader endpoint that serves script configurations to your installed GHL sites.

To use the Service, you must create an account with a valid email address and a password of at least 8 characters. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at security@veloxscript.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. One person or legal entity may not maintain multiple free accounts.

You agree that you will not use the Service to:

• Deploy code that is unlawful, defamatory, fraudulent, or infringes on the rights of others
• Deploy code that harms end users of the GHL sites on which it runs (keyloggers, cryptominers, tracking pixels that violate consent laws, malicious redirects, etc.)
• Deploy code you do not have the right to deploy on the target GHL locations
• Circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with security-related features of the Service
• Access the Service through any interface other than the one we provide
• Use the Service to send spam, phishing messages, or any form of unsolicited communication
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or workspaces
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service except to the extent permitted by applicable law
• Use the Service to stress-test, load-test, or probe third-party systems you do not own

Violation of this section is grounds for immediate suspension or termination of your account, with no refund.

You retain all rights to the scripts, code, and content you upload to the Service ("Your Content"). By uploading Your Content, you grant us a limited license to store, process, transmit, and serve Your Content solely as necessary to provide the Service to you.

You are solely responsible for Your Content, including (a) ensuring you have the rights to deploy it, (b) ensuring it complies with applicable law, and (c) ensuring it does not violate the terms of service of any third party platform on which it runs (including GoHighLevel).

The Service is offered in paid plans as listed on our pricing page. Payments are processed by Stripe. You authorize us to charge the payment method you provide at the stated price on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on your plan).

Free trial. We may offer a free trial or limited free usage. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the free tier at any time.

Cancellation. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your billing settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you retain access until then.

Refunds. We offer a 14-day refund on your first paid billing period if you are not satisfied. Contact support@veloxscript.com to request a refund. Refunds on subsequent billing periods are at our discretion.

Price changes.We may change our prices with at least 30 days' notice. Your subscription will continue at the old price until the end of your current billing period.

Plan limits. Each plan has usage limits (number of scripts, number of locations). If you exceed your plan limits, we will prompt you to upgrade. We will not delete your existing content when you hit a limit, but you will not be able to create new records until you upgrade or free up space.

We work hard to keep the Service available 24/7, but we do not guarantee any specific uptime. We may need to perform scheduled maintenance or respond to incidents that temporarily interrupt the Service. For planned maintenance, we will provide reasonable advance notice via email or an in-app notice.

The Service integrates with third-party services including GoHighLevel, Stripe, and others. We are not responsible for the operation, availability, or content of these third-party services. Your use of them is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

You may terminate your account at any time by deleting it from your settings. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or if your continued use presents a security or operational risk.

Upon termination, we will delete your personal data within 30 days as described in our Privacy Policy. Fees paid are non-refundable except as expressly stated in Section 6.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL VELOXSCRIPT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM (A) YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE; (B) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICE; OR (C) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR CONTENT.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE LIABILITY, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless VeloxScript and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or your use of the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes, we will notify you via email or in-app notice at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
